Initial Consultation/Enrollment meeting

One Time Registration Fee – $35

An initial in-home consultation is required for all new clients, and includes a 30 minute visit for us to meet you, get to know your pets and routines, and answer any questions you may have. These consultations ensure that we’re a great fit for you and your pets!

At this time, we will receive your home access instructions as well as any other personalized home notes.

Vacation Pet Sitting

We tailor our care to your pet’s personality and routine, no matter how rambunctious or calm! We ensure that your pets receive the care they deserve, with report card updates sent after every visit. You’ll get to see how much fun your pet is having, giving you complete peace of mind while you’re away.

Every pet sitting visit includes a potty break, feeding, ensuring fresh water, medicating if needed (no extra charge), and lots of attention and enrichment. We can also perform other home chores such as bring in mail/packages, water plants, rotate lights on/off, open/close blinds, set out garbage cans, or any other tasks while we’re there so your home stays lived in.

Clients typically choose anywhere between 1 to 4 visits per day depending on their pet’s needs. Cats require at least 1 visit per day, while dogs require a minimum of 2 visits per day, with 3-4 visits highly recommended for optimal care and routine consistency. We don’t charge for extra pets – We believe in tailoring our visit lengths to your individual household and pets’ needs. 

Dog Walking

Whether working long hours or super busy working from home, your dog can get some well deserved interaction too. Our walks are more than just a potty break – Your pup will enjoy fresh air, physical exercise, mental stimulation, and plenty of sniffs around the neighborhood. All walks include pet waste disposal, ensuring fresh water, and lots of love and attention. Each walk also includes a detailed report card with frame-worthy photos showing just how much fun your pup had!

*NO extra pet fees! We believe in tailoring our walks to your pup’s specific needs. More than 2 dogs in a household may mean a longer walk visit is necessary.

OUR VIP (Very Important Pup) Club!

In our VIP Club, your pup is on a recurring weekly schedule designed to help your pup thrive with consistency, priority booking, and predictable care. The benefits don’t stop there – you’ll enjoy a few perks designed to make pet care easy. Perks include member-only pricing, priority scheduling, a relationship built with our team, and uninterrupted work day for you. VIP Club members also get waived cancellation fees and short notice fees! Our BEST deal possible.

Dog Walking Packages

We understand your schedule may vary week to week, so we also offer flexible package options to save on dog walks for those that can’t commit to our Dog Walking Club. Packages come in 6, 12, or 20 walks, and you can save up to 8% per package. Choose 20, 30, 45, or 60 minute walks.

Cat Sitting

For cat only households. Cat sitting visits provide a stress-free option for your kitties. They will be relaxed in their own environment while you are away. Includes enrichment/play time, feeding, ensuring fresh water, administering medications (no extra charge), and litter box maintenance. A detailed report card with photos will be sent after every visit.

Our sitters have a genuine love for cats and know how much you love yours. Give your cat the best by allowing them to stay home where they’re most comfortable. No strange kennels or cat boarding facilities, just pure love from our highly experienced sitters!

We require a minimum of 1 visit per day for cat visits. We do not charge for extra cats, as we believe in tailoring our visit lengths to your household and pets’ needs.

Farm Care

Have a farm and have been looking for someone experienced to come care for your large animals? We can come care for your bigger furry family members, too! Our team is experienced in caring for horses, cattle, goats, chickens, and more. Just ask! A detailed report card with photos will be sent after every visit. For farm visits, we charge based on the time it takes to adequately complete all tasks.

We require a minimum of 1 visit per day for farm visits.

ALMOST OVERNIGHTS

With this premier service, your pets are treated to 2 hours of dedicated evening care followed by a 45 minute visit early in the morning to start their day off right. For pets who thrive on routine and for pet parents who want peace of mind, this is care that honors the rhythm of your home – Even when you’re away.

Imagine this: Your pets gets a 2 hour visit in the evening from ~7-9PM, filled with playtime, feeding, potty breaks, cuddles, and attention, ensuring they are relaxed and ready for bed. Our Pet Care Specialists tuck them in for bed, ensuring they are comfortable and settled for the night.

The next morning, sometime between 6-9AM, your pets will receive a 45 minute visit, waking them up gently and starting their day with love and care.

Please note, this service does NOT include a sleepover. Additional drop-in visits can be booked for daytime support. 

Additional Services

Add-on services that can be requested at an additional charge for your convenience. Let us help save you a trip!

Including but not limited to:

• Picking up food or supplies from the store, or other necessities
• Picking up food or medication from their Veterinarian
• Taking your pet to and from the Veterinarian, groomer, daycare, or any other type of appointment

Rate: $45 convenience fee plus time and mileage charges (if applicable) in addition to the cost of items, including all taxes.

Holiday Rate

We value the hard work and dedication of our team, especially during holidays. As such, a premium rate of an additional 50% per visit applies on the following holidays: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day Weekend (Friday to last Monday in May), Easter Weekend (Friday to Monday), Labor Day Weekend (Friday to first Monday in September), July 4th Holiday (July 2nd through 6th), Thanksgiving (Wednesday through Sunday), and Christmas (December 23rd through 26th).

This premium rate compensates our team members with time-and-a-half pay for visits performed on these days.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for holidays. The remaining 50% is due on the FIRST DAY of service.
